Ford partners with Pull to better understand their customers and identify new opportunities for growth
Throughout the course of a multi-year partnership, Ford has looked to Pull to help them develop a thorough understanding of their customer with the ultimate goal of identifying new areas for innovation.
In order to develop a deep understanding of target customers, Pull led a series of research expeditions across three global regions. Our multi-disciplinary teams of design researchers, designers and strategists immersed themselves in the world of target customers by deploying a range of techniques including ethnographic research, in-home in-depth interviews, ride-alongs and more.
Our contributions to Ford’s research has led to new, more engaging way of expressing insights through the power of design. Additionally, we were invited by Ford as one of two partners to be featured in their showcase at Ilex North America.
